The Tea of Transformation
Like a Butterfly transforms from a Caterpillar to a Butterfly, so do we. As humans we are continually evolving.
Times of change can bring with it stress and anxiety. Supporting your body, will in turn support your emotions, reactions and feelings. Understanding too that change is a part of life and that the Caterpillar had no idea what was going on when he was put into a Cocoon and came out the other side as a Butterfly.
From the Naturopath...
Butterfly Pea Flower, the one ingredient in this tea is what is referred to as an adaptogen herb. My favourite herbs are adaptogen herbs as they assist our bodies through times of stress. We have learnt over the past few decades the impact stress has on our lives. Butterfly Pea Flower is also full of antioxidants and phytonutrients with research showing benefits to cognitive health. Different colour phytonutrients offer different health benefits. A cup of Butterfly Tea is giving you a dose of blue and purple, read below what happens when you add lemon to this tea, phytonutrients, which are often lacking in the colour wheel of health as our diets aren't filled with many blue or purple colours.
From the Alchemist...
The Butterfly is a symbol of transformation. The Cocoon is the temporary home of the Caterpillar. After inevitable change and growing wings, he shows us we can fly beyond our own limits. Sit with your Tea to assist you to flow through the stages of change.
Caterpillar: Nurture your soul until you are full and ready to integrate the new. Keep your thoughts, words and actions focused on what you want to attract into your life.
Cocoon: Trust that the Universe, Your Angels and Guides will guide you through the transformation process.
Butterfly: Do what you love, surrounded by those you love. Keep believing in yourself.
Butterfly Tea is delicious hot and cold, with lemon and/or honey. It truly transforms with each change in temperature and the addition of lemon and/or honey plus it is filled with healing energy and intention to assist you through times of change.
